With hypnotherapy and NLP we can help to eliminate many different challanges in our lives. These challenges can be a limiting believe, an inner voice reminding you that YOU are not capable to do this or that. We often even develop pain as a mechanism to get recognition or comfort. We are all suggestable. Try with a couple of friends to tell somebody that he looks sick. To the first he will answer, no he is perfect healthy. To the second one he says already, that he feels uncomfortable, and if enough people ask him, he will take a sick leave.
The same is true for the opposite. We can motivate and heal ourselves with hypnotherapy and NLP.

Hypnosis or NLP can help
| Weight Loss | You can try any diet you want, if your mind is not ready for a change of your weight, you will not go anywhere. You might lose a couple of pounds, but you will gain them again. You need to be ready to accept your new goal of weight. Changing that mindset will finally lead to result. |
| Stop Smoking | Smoker remember their first cigarettes as awfull, and still they stay on it. NLP can help to get rid of the habit of smoking, but also to remove the reason of smoking. Willpower can stop you smoking - just now! However, willpower needs a lot of energy and sooner or later you might give in again. |
| Fear of Flying | We have learned to live with fear, and that is good so. However, some fears are unreasonable and these fears we can reprogram with NLP. |
| Concentration Enhancement | How often we notice that our mind is wondering around and we re-read and re-read and at the end still don't know what we are reading. Concentration is not a gift of the age, but a part of education/training of the mind. NLP can guide you to use the full brain power at the time you need it. |
| Self Esteem | Remember the last days in school? What kind of embitions you could show and years later what is left of it? We have changed, because we got disappointed. We see the negatives that pushes us back instead enjoying each small step towards the goal. Self Esteem can be brought back and enhanced so you can provide better solutions for your job, family or life. |
| Past Life Regression | Past life regression is a technique that uses hypnosis or nonhypnotic techniques to recover what practitioners believe are memories of past lives or incarnations, though others regard them as fantasies or delusions. Past life regression is typically undertaken either in pursuit of a spiritual experience, or in a psychotherapeutic setting. Most advocates loosely adhere to beliefs about reincarnation,[1] though religious traditions that incorporate reincarnation generally do not include the idea of repressed memories of past lives. |
| Forgiveness Phobias Relationships | Past experience often influences a new relationship. The fear that the new relationship also will end bad is often a fear so big that a relationship will be avoided. NLP can help to get rid of the fear. It can help to choose the right partner, but it cannot find you the right partner. |
| Shyness | In humans, shyness is a social psychology term used to describe the feeling of apprehension, lack of comfort, or awkwardness experienced when a person is in proximity to, approaching, or being approached by other people, especially in new situations or with unfamiliar people. Somewhere in our youth we develop shyness. Something did not go the way we wanted it. This fear it could be again makes as shy. NLP can move back the movie before that point and relive that part of your life in a different way and help you so to overcome shyness. |
| Shame | Shame can be the root cause of many difficulties - including alcoholism, drug abuse, and co-dependence. By examine the structure of shame, a rapid method for resolving shame and regaining a sense of self-esteem can be reached using NLP. |
| Anger | Anger is the feeling we experience when events in our world are not going according to our plans or rules. Things, events and people are not happening as we expected, and anger is the result. NLP helps to deal with anger, to neutralize it and make you happy again. |
| Relaxation | Everybody needs relaxation. Only relaxation can make the mind clear to take in more, other or complete started thoughts. With NLP you will learn how you can enter a relaxed status quickly and so solve your problem. |
| Motivation | Over the time we lose motivation. Remember when you were in school, what kind of life dreams did you have. What happened with them? Why did you not fulfill your dreams? NLP can give you back this motivation. |
| Depression | Depression is a difficult subject and can be solved with NLP by chunking down into smaller parts. It might be good to consult a Psychiater first if the depression is not a part of a more severe illness. |
| Insecurity | If you are losing a job or a partner, then insecurity will be often developed. This insecurity gets worse if such an event re-occures. NLP provides some techniques to remove the feeling of insecurity and can so get the client on track again. |
| Sports Performance | In the movie "The Secret" is a report that the same muscles are fired in a mind training as in a real training. NLP can be used as such a mind training and correct and enhance sports performances. |

| Healing | NLP is also a way to get the mindset ready to accept healing or even self-healing. Scientific it is proven that the mind is the best healer. The human body is designed for self-healing. NLP can guide you to the process of healing and self-healing. We suggest to consult an physician as well. |
| Public Speaking | It is said that public speaking is the fear number ONE. Why is that so? What makes us fear to speak? With NLP we will find out what bothers you and we can correct that part. |
| Auditions | Actors have to go through this process for each role they want to get. During the audition the actor will be tested if he is capable to perform that character as it is meant to be. NLP can help to set the mind of the actor into this role for that moment. |
| Confidence | Often confidence is the wall in front of us, that is always higher than we like it. NLP helps to find the ways to claim the wall. On top of the wall the confidence is wide as the ocean. |

| Dental Procedures | A visit to the dentist can be for some people a chain of excuses not to go. At the beginning it would be just a small correction, but if it hangs out there for too long the procedure might be more severe. NLP helps to overcome the fear to go to the dentist and the fear of anything that could happen there. |

| Grief | We always want something and as better it is we might want even more. This grief can be unhealthy for our body or our social life. NLP can help to bring down the grief to a normal level or even eliminate it completely. Grief can be anything in your life, from sugar, coffee, smoke, money, sex, or job related. |
| Test Anxiety | Who has not experienced that? You learn for a test and then you are so anxious that you are unable to pass the test. To use drugs usually has the side effect that the brain mobility is also influenced and that the test is passed without anxiety, but the test result is not the best either. NLP can help here to remove the anxiety and keep the brain mobility high. |
